The Fenix PD35R rechargeable tactical flashlight delivers up to 1700 lumens (ANSI) and a range of up to 353 meters. Excellent light output has been achieved using LEDLuminus SFT-40. The flashlight is powered by a Li-ion 18650 3400 mAh battery (included), which is charged directly in the flashlight via a modern USB-C connector. The Fenix PD35R LED flashlight uses a dual tactical switch, which allows for faster and more reliable control in crisis situations. For example, it can be quickly switched directly into strobe mode. The flashlight head is equipped with a striking rim. Therefore, the flashlight can be used to break glass in crisis situations or for self-defense. The Fenix PD35R has six different modes, allowing you to choose between high power and long life, which reaches up to 100 hours. One of the light modes is a variable frequency stroboscope. The rugged design and compatibility with the Fenix AER-02 cable switch allows the flashlight to be used on long guns, making it suitable for outdoor enthusiasts as well as professionals, armed forces and hunting.
All flashlight parameters (lumen output, battery life, waterproof, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.Fenix PD35R Rechargeable Flashlight Specifications

Using the Fenix PD35R
From the factory, there may be an insulating cap inside the flashlight on the battery. Remove it from the battery pack before first use.
To turn on/off press the larger tactical button located on the end of the flashlight, press the button for immediate activation. Press the adjacent toggle button to switch between power modes at any time during operation. To switch to flash mode with the flashlight on, hold the toggle button for approximately 0.5 seconds. To switch the flashlight directly into strobe mode, press and hold the toggle button.
Intelligent overheat protection- If the temperature exceeds 60°C, an automatic power reduction will occur. Once the temperature drops below 60°C, the highest power can be used again.
Battery charge status indication- The flashlight always indicates the battery charge status three seconds after switching on. Green indicates sufficient state of charge (100% - 85%), flashing green (85% - 50%), red (50% - 25%) and flashing red indicates critically low battery (25% - 1%). If the battery is low, the flashlight will automatically switch to lower power modes, then flash 3 times every five minutes in the lowest mode.
Charging - flip off the rubber cap of the charging connector on the side of the flashlight and plug in the included cable (USB-C connector), plug the other end of the cable into a computer or USB adapter to the mains or car. The indicator on the side is red while charging. When fully charged, it will light up green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approximately 3 hours. The flashlight cannot be used while charging.
Discharged battery warning - the flashlight automatically switches to the lowest mode over time.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the flashlight head yourself, it will violate the warranty.
- Use only high quality 18650 Li-ion battery or 3V CR123A battery to avoid damage to the flashlight.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight is blinking, not switching to higher modes, or not lighting up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Batteries are almost dead – charge the battery or replace it.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
- Head, body or back of the flashlight is loose – add lubricant to the sealing rings and tighten both the head and the end of the flashlight firmly.
Warranty
Five years warranty on the flashlight, two years on the battery.
