How to purchase
Shopping in our store is covered by our business terms, below you will find a brief guide for a comfortable shopping experience.
Product Selection
Select the goods you wish to purchase in the individual categories or via the search. Then add the selected product to your basket by pressing the Buy button. Select categories from the menu on the left of the page (on some mobile phones you have to click the menu from the "hamburger" in the top right corner). Then you can filter the items in the individual categories according to your desired parameters.
Once your order is complete, you can proceed to the basket and select your delivery method, payment and delivery details.
Choose your shipping and payment method
In the basket, choose the shipping and payment method that suits you best. For each shipping option, you will immediately see how much you will pay and the expected delivery date.
Delivery and invoicing information
To enter your delivery details, you can choose between four options in the shopping cart.
- Purchase without registration: for a one-time purchase, just fill in the shipping address (and invoicing address, if different).
- New registration: this procedure is not much different from buying without registration, plus you only fill in a password. The system will create a new user account for you, where you can clearly see your order history, download an invoice, or track the delivery of your shipment online.
- Login: if you already have a user account, you can log in directly in the cart. The system will fill in the delivery (and invoicing) address from your account.
- Forgotten password: in case you have created your user account but no longer remember your password, you can receive a new one by email.
Invoicing for companies
If you choose "Business order" and enter an invoicing address outside the Czech Republic from which the goods will be shipped, we will invoice you without VAT after successful verification of the entered data. For shipments without VAT, the delivery address must match the address of the business or headquarters office.
When paying in advance by bank transfer, please wait with the payment, after successful verification, our staff will send you an email with payment details without VAT.
Sending the order
After filling in all required fields, you can proceed to submit your order by pressing the Place order button. The system will check all the information entered and if no errors are found, it will accept the order in our system. You will receieve order confirmation to your e-mail.
Payment by wire transfer in advance
If you have selected the option Wire transfer in your basket you will receive payment information after receiving your order. You can use the QR code to speed up the payment. The goods will be dispatched after your payment has been credited to our account. If you send the payment to our Fio account, it will be credited immediately, regardless of which bank you send the money from. Please make sure to include the variable symbol (order number) for correct payment pairing.
Online payment
You can pay online with a card or by Paypal. Just select the preferred method in the basket. If your online payment is not succesful for any reason, you can change your payment method afterwards. After successful payment on the payment gateway, the system will redirect you back to our site and the order will be completed.
Order Delivery
Once the goods have been dispatched by your chosen carrier, we will email you the package tracking number. You can then track the movement of your shipment on the carrier's website.
