Warranties and service
All goods from our e-shop are covered by a warranty period of at least two years, selected Fenix brand goods up to five years. You can make a complaint both in person and by post.
First, please look at the Service advisor, maybe you will find a solution to your problem there. If not, please contact our service department with a description of the fault, it often turns out that the problem can be solved with simple advice and there is no need to send anything.
If the defect cannot be removed even after consulting with us, the goods will need to be delivered to us. Don't forget to include proof of your purchase from us and a cover letter in which you describe the defect you are complaining about and how it manifests itself. Send smaller goods by registered mail or by registered mail. Send larger items as registered package.
As the exclusive distributor of Fenix flashlights for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, you can also contact us with a complaint about a flashlight purchased in our network of dealers.
We are also able to provide post-warranty repair for Fenix flashlights. However, we recommend that you first contact our service department, where they will tell you under what conditions we can carry out the repair.
