Returning the goods

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods. Detailed terms and conditions can be found in Article 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

Where to send the goods?
Please ship the returned goods to our store address: Římská 526/20, 120 00 Prague, Czech Republic.

What to include in the package?

• A cover letter including your order number and contact details.
• If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), please provide your bank account number (IBAN). (Payments made via card or PayPal will be refunded directly through those payment systems).
• You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which is an annex to our Terms and Conditions.

Important information:
The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days of receiving and inspecting the returned shipment.

Although you have the right to withdraw without giving a reason, we would appreciate any feedback you can provide to help us improve our services.
