All of us at our group consider personal data to be highly sensitive information and treat it accordingly. Please read how we approach the protection of personal data within each company. If you disagree with any point or have any questions, please contact us.
As a result of corporate changes, the business has been split into Kronium s.r.o. (see below) and ARIGA s.r.o. (also see below) from 1 April 2024. Any consents previously granted to ARIGA s.r.o. remain unaffected by this demerger. New consents are now only ever collected from the relevant company in the group of which you are a customer, in the interests of lawfulness and purposeful limitation of the personal data used.

Profiling and automated processing
In our marketing campaigns, we carry out profiling and automated processing only for the purpose of a targeted offer of our goods and services – we want to offer you what is relevant to you and not burden you with unnecessary things. We do not use profiling or automated processing for the purpose of automated decision-making that would have legal effects for you or affect you in any significant way.

We protect your personal data like an eye in our head and will not sell it to a third party! In order to be able to offer you the best, precisely tailored content, we use quality third-party tools. In addition, we may cooperate with other companies within the ARIGA GROUP in the processing of personal data, which may also act as recipients of personal data, in this case as processors, in relation to all the purposes of processing set out in this Policy. In this case, the processing of personal data takes place only in the territory of the Czech Republic and these companies are governed by the same rules and procedures as set out in this Privacy Policy.
Transfer of personal data to third countries
The provision of some of our services requires us to transfer your personal data for processing outside the EU countries. However, the transfer takes place in compliance with legislative requirements and in every case the protection of your personal data is ensured. Specifically, these are cloud services (data storage) of the respective suppliers in the USA (see the table above). More information is available here.
Period of storage of personal data
We only process your personal data for the necessary time, which varies according to the purposes of processing:

In the case of direct marketing on the basis of legitimate interest, as well as in the case of your consent for direct marketing, we evaluate your activity (opening emails, clicking on links in them) and if you do not show any activity for a period of 12 months, we consider this as unsubscribing and remove you from the database.
If you create a customer account, we evaluate your activity (order) and if you do not place an order within 12 months of creating an account, your account will be deleted.
If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data immediately, periods of 30 / 60 days are given mainly due to the necessary synchronization of data between the systems used and the deletion of personal data from all backups.
Cookies
For the functionality of our website, we use “cookies” files, which are small data files stored on your computer's disk. We use cookies to be able to add goods to the basket and process your order, as well as to better understand how our site is used and to optimize it. Cookies can, for example, tell us if you have already visited our site in minhave visited the site or if you are a new visitor. The cookies we use do not store any personal data within the meaning of these terms, nor do they otherwise collect information enabling the identification of a specific person, with the exception of an IP address.
If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can delete all cookies from your computer's disk in the settings of your internet browser, block their reception, and you can also set to be notified of this fact before each individual file is saved. However, with disabled cookies, it is not possible to put goods in our e-shop into the basket and make a purchase, you can only browse the pages. Cookie files for online advertising
Our company collects information about your use of our site through cookies for marketing purposes (when you first visit our site, you have the option to refuse the use of cookies). If you do not refuse such processing, we will use the information obtained to analyze your behavior on our website and also to display specific advertising of some of our products. We believe this feature is beneficial to you because we will only show you ads or content that match your interests.

- restrict the processing of your personal data - if you request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, let us know and we will arrange it,
- revoke consent to the processing of your personal data – if you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, please let us know.
- raise an objection to the processing of your personal data. If it concerns the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, the objection also applies to profiling. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us.
- file a complaint – our supervisory authority is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data you can contact it at any time with your problem (however, we believe that this will not be necessary and that we will solve all your possible complaints to your satisfaction together)
We will respond to your requests without undue delay and in any case within 1 month of receiving them.
