Fenix warranty conditions

These warranty conditions for Fenix brand products are valid for goods purchased from January 1, 2015.

• Fenix non-rechargeable flashlights, headlamps and lanterns - extended warranty of 5 years. In addition to the basic two-year warranty, you get an additional 3 years of free service for the lamp.
• Fenix rechargeable flashlights, headlamps and lanterns with a detachable / removable battery - extended 5-year warranty for the light itself, a basic two-year warranty for the detachable / removable battery and charger (if included in the package). So you get an additional 3 years of free service for the light itself in addition to the basic two-year warranty.
• Fenix rechargeable lamps, headlamps and lanterns with a permanently built-in (non-removable) battery - basic two-year warranty for the entire lamp including the battery.
• Fenix chargers, accumulators and other accessories - basic two-year warranty.

After the extended five-year warranty or two-year warranty for products without an extended warranty, the manufacturer offers post-warranty service until spare parts are available for the given model. However, it reserves the right to charge the price of spare parts.

Warning: The stated warranty conditions do not apply to products that have been used in violation of the instructions for use, especially in the case of a defect caused by improper handling or other use that was in violation of the instructions for use. The warranty conditions do not apply to damage during transport and handling or to normal wear and tear of the product (or its parts) caused by use. A shorter lifespan of the product in this case cannot be considered a defect and cannot be claimed. A warranty claim cannot be made in the case of unauthorized interference with the product by the buyer or a third party.
