The battery is charged directly in the flashlight via the modern USB-C connector. Sophisticated screw cap protects the charging port from water, dust and dirt even in harsh conditions. Count on flashy and secure operation thanks to the tactical switch, plus the flashlight can be locked with the rotary ring and programmed in the SET position. The striking rim on the flashlight head not only protects the optics, but can also serve to break glass in an emergency or as an effective self-defense tool. The robust design makes the flashlight especially suitable for use by professionals, armed forces and hunters.
All parameters of the flashlight (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Turn on/off - When the flashlight is unlocked, press the tactical switch on the end of the flashlight to silently momentarily turn the light on, when released the light will turn off. Fully depress the tactical switch to permanently turn the light on/off. With the flashlight on, the tactical switch can be pressed to switch power modes in the following order: Eco (economy) → Low → Medium → High → Very High → Turbo. The number of modes that can be switched depends on the mode you choose.

Press the tactical switch fully to select the mode, the number of presses must correspond to the number of the mode you want. The flashlight will then flash as many times as the number of the currently selected mode to confirm the selection. Lock/Unlock - With the light on, set the rotary switch to the "lock" position to lock the current light mode. In this state, the light does not respond to pressing or depressing the tactical switch and cannot be turned off or power changed. With the light off, set the rotary switch to the "lock" position to lock the tactical rear switch. The light cannot be turned on in this condition. Turn the switch from the "lock" position to any other position to unlock the tactical rear switch and use the flashlight normally.
Memory for last power mode set - The flashlight has memory for both the last mode and power mode set, so it will always turn on in the last power mode set with the exception of the strobe.
Changing the Battery - Unscrew the flashlight end cap and insert the battery with the plus pole facing the reflector. Then fully tighten the end cap again.
Charging - Unscrew the protective nut under the flashlight head to expose the charging port and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port. Tighten the nut again when charging is complete. During charging, the indicator opposite the charging connector glows red. When fully charged, it will light up green. The flashlight cannot be used while charging. The normal charging time for a fully discharged ARB-L21-6000 battery is approximately 3 hours using a USB power supply of 18 W.
Battery charge status indication - Each time the battery is switched on, the indicator LED against the charging connector is activated for three seconds. If the indicator LED is green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing indicates 50-85% capacity. If the LED is red, the battery is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates less than 25% capacity remaining.
Intelligent overheat protection - If the temperature of the flashlight exceeds 60 °C, it will automatically reduce the power. As soon as the temperature drops below 60 °C, the power will gradually increase again.
Battery low warning - If the voltage drops below the set level the flashlight will reduce the brightness to a lower level. When the lowest power level is reached, the battery charge indicator will flash red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.
Warning
- Use only high quality rechargeable batteries type 21700 with protective electronics.
- Insert the batteries with the positive terminal facing the flashlight head.

- The battery is dead - charge or replace it.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
- Head, body or back of the flashlight is loose, tighten them.
