The Fenix TK30R rechargeable laser flashlight is one of the tactical flashlights with the longest range in the range. Its white laser light produces an extremely focused beam that is capable of reaching up to 1,500 meters and has a light output of up to 500 lumens (ANSI). The light source is a white laser (class 1) with LEP (laser excited phosphor) technology, which is known for its use primarily in the automotive industry on the most luxurious vehicles. Power is supplied by one Li-ion battery type 21700 with a capacity of 6000 mAh (included), which is charged via USB-C connector directly in the flashlight. The charging socket is covered by a screw nut, so it is perfectly protected against water and dirt. The flashlight is thus fully waterproof and dustproof according to the IP68 standard (tested underwater at a depth of 2 meters). The TK30R features two levels of white light output with a runtime of almost 9 hours, as well as strobe flashing. The flashlight uses a tactical switch with a rotary dial to select between high or low power and lockout. The flashlight can also be switched directly into strobe mode. The light output is concentrated into a narrow cone, so all the light hits a specific target, making the flashlight ideal for hunting and illuminating distant targets.
All flashlight parameters (lumen output, battery life, waterproofness, range and shock resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Using the flashlight
From manufacture, there may be an insulating cap inside the flashlight, on the battery. Remove it from the battery pack before first use.
Turn on when the flashlight is unlocked - Press the tactical switch on the end of the flashlight for a silent momentary light, when released the light will go out. Fully depress the tactical switch to permanently turn the light on/off.
Turn on when flashlight is locked - turn the switch from the lock position to the low or high power position to turn the light on.
Power Selection - turn the switch on the end cap to cycle between the Lock <-> Low <-> High positions to select the desired power or lock (and turn off) the flashlight.
Strobe Activation - With the flashlight unlocked, fully depress the tactical switch for 0.5 seconds to turn on the strobe. Press the tactical switch again briefly to return to steady illumination.
Battery charge indication - The charge indicator is hidden under the protective nut of the charging connector for tactical reasons, so the nut must be unscrewed to check it. The flashlight always indicates the battery charge status three seconds after switching on. Green indicates a sufficient state of charge (100% - 85%), green flashing (85% - 50%), steady red (50% - 25%), and flashing red indicates a critically low battery (25% - 1%). If the battery is low, the flashlight will automatically switch to lower power modes as the battery is discharged.
Charging the flashlight - Unscrew the protective nut under the head of the flashlight and use the included USB-C cable to plug it into a computer, network USB adapter or USB car adapter (not included). Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can be used for charging. During charging, the indicator LED opposite the charging connector glows red, after a full charge it glows green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes approximately 3.5 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from a memory effect, so the flashlight can be recharged at any time. The flashlight cannot be switched on while charging.
Intelligent overheating protection - if the temperature of the flashlight rises above 60°C, it will automatically start to reduce the power in gradual steps.
Warning
- Use only high quality rechargeable Li-ion batteries type 21700 with protective electronics.
- Insert the battery with the positive pole towards the head of the flashlight.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The battery is almost dead – charge it or replace it.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
- Head, body or back of the flashlight is loose, tighten them.
Warranty
Five years warranty on the flashlight, two years on the battery.
