The powerful Fenix BC26R rechargeable cycling flashlight delivers up to 1600 lumens (ANSI) with range up to 169 meters. Power is supplied by a replaceable 21700 type Li-ion battery with a 5000 mAh capacity, which is included and charges via a USB-C connector directly in the lamp. The light source is a modern Luminus SST-40 diode. Specially designed optics create a very wide light cone that smoothly illuminates the entire area in front of the bicycle at an angle of 100°, so it also illuminates places that ordinary bicycle lights do not cover. The bracket design allows for quick mounting and dismounting of the light on the handlebars without tools, and the bracket also allows for quick removal of the flashlight so it can be used as a high-powered handheld light. The holder can be used on all handlebar diameters from 22 to 32 millimetres. The Fenix BC26R offers a total of five digitally controlled power modes with up to 65 hours of runtime, and there's also a flashing mode. Fenix cycling lights provide you with quality lighting for night training, regular commuting and endurance racing.
All flashlight parameters (lumen output, battery life, waterproofing and range) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Using the Fenix BC26R bikelight
From manufacture, there may be an insulating cap inside the flashlight on the battery. Remove it from the battery pack before first use.
To turn on or off, hold the side button for approximately 0.5 seconds. The flashlight will always turn on in the last used mode (except for strobe), and you can switch other power levels at any time during operation by pressing shortly the button. To switch to flashing mode, press the button twice quickly.
Battery Capacity Indication (only valid when powered by a 21700 Li-ion battery) - with the flashlight off, press the button once shortly, then the indicator LED by the button will light up for three seconds. A green light or blink indicates a battery charge of more than 50%, a red light or blink indicates 50% or less. The indication LED also lights up when the flashlight is on, so the user is kept informed of the battery status while riding.
Discharged Battery Warning - if the battery capacity drops below a safe level, the flashlight will automatically switch to lower power modes to ensure the longest battery life (the flashlight cannot be switched to higher modes afterwards). If the battery is critically low, the button will flash red. In this case, we recommend charging the flashlight as soon as possible to prevent the protective electronics built into the batteries from turning off and thus turning off the light.
Intelligent overheat protection - after exceeding 60 °C the flashlight will automatically gradually reduce power, after cooling down below this limit the highest modes will be available again.
Charging
- Unclip the rubber cap of the USB-C connector on the bottom of the flashlight and use the included USB cable to plug it into a computer, power bank, USB network adapter or USB car adapter.
- Button glows red while charging, glows green when fully charged.
- Charging time is about 4 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the flashlight can be recharged at any time.
- During charging, the flashlight can be used in emergency, but only in the lowest 50 lumen mode.
- After charging and removing the power cord, be sure to seal the USB-C connector cap.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the head of the flashlight yourself, it will violate the warranty.
- If the protective rubber o-ring appears damaged after prolonged use, replace it. The ring should also be lubricated to prevent erosion of the rubber. By following these rules, the flashlight will be properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight is blinking, not switching to higher modes, or not lighting up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The battery is almost dead, charge it or replace it.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
- Battery cap is loose, tighten it.
Warranty
Five years warranty on the flashlight, two years warranty on the battery.
