The Fenix AFH-05 is a new version of the quick-release strap with 36 mm width and easy tightening wheel (Sport fit system). The lanyard is attached by hooks so that it can be easily unhooked and the headband strap replaced. The strap is made of quick-drying perforated material for fast sweat wicking. Tightening the strap is easy with one hand.

To tighten the strap, turn the dial counterclockwise. To loosen the strap, turn the dial clockwise. Turning the wheel again after the strap has been loosened as far as possible, will start to tighten the strap and reverse the direction of loosening and tightening.
