The latest generation of powerful rechargeable cycling light Fenix BC21R V3.0 brings a luminous flux of up to 1200 lumens (ANSI) with range of up to 142 meters. A replaceable 18650 Li-ion battery with 2600 mAh capacity is used for power supply, which is included in the package and is charged via the USB-C connector directly in the flashlight. The light source is a modern Luminus SST-40 diode. Specially created optics create a very wide light cone that continuously illuminates the entire space in front of the bicycle, so it shines even in places that ordinary bicycle lights cannot cover. The design of the holder allows quick assembly and disassembly of the light on the handlebars without the use of tools, and the holder also allows quick removal of the torch, so it can also be used as a high-performance flashlight. The holder can be used on all handlebars with a diameter from 22 to 32 millimeters. The Fenix BC21R V3.0 offers a total of five digitally regulated lighting modes with a duration of up to 33 hours and there is alsoa flashing mode. Fenix bike lights will provide you with quality lighting for night training, regular commuting to work and endurance races.
All parameters of the flashlight (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofing and afterglow) are measured in compliance with the ANSI/NEMA FL standard 1-2009.

Using the Fenix BC21R V3.0 bikelight
From manufacture, there may be an insulating cap inside the flashlight on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use.
To turn it on or off hold down the side button for about 0.5 seconds. The flashlight always turns on in the last used mode (except for flashing mode), you can switch to other levels of power at any time during operation by pressing the button. Press the button twice quickly to switch to flashing mode.
Battery capacity indication (applies only when powered by an 18650 Li-ion battery) - when the flashlight is off, shortly press the button once, then the indicator LED in the button lights up for three seconds. Green lighting or flashing means the battery is more than 50% charged, red lighting or flashing means 50% or less. Indicator LED also lights up when the flashlight is on, so the user is continuously informed about the state of the battery while driving.
Discharged battery warning - if the battery capacity falls below a safe level, the flashlight will automatically switch to lower power modes to ensure the longest possible endurance (the flashlight cannot be switched to higher modes after that). If the battery is critically discharged, the button will start flashing red. In this case, we recommend charging the flashlight as soon as possible to prevent the protection electronics built into the battery from switching off and thus the light going out.
Intelligent protection against overheating - after exceeding the temperature of 60 °C, the lamp will automatically gradually reduce power, after cooling below this limit, the highest modes will be available again.
Charging
- Unfold the rubber cover of the USB-C connector on the bottom of the flashlight and use the supplied USB cable to connect it to a computer, power bank, USB network adapter or USB car adapter.
- During charging, the button lights up red, after full charge it lights up green.
- Charging time is approx. 2 hours. The used Li-ion battery does not suffer from a memory effect, so the flashlight can be recharged at any time.
- During charging, the flashlight can be used in an emergency, but only in two modes of 50 and 150 lumens.
- After charging and removing the power cable, do not forget to seal the cover of the USB-C connector.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The battery is almost empty, charge it or replace it.
- The contacts inside the lamp are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The battery cap is loose, tighten it.
Warranty
Five-year warranty on the flashlight, two-year warranty on the battery.
