Using of the Fenix E01 V2.0 flashlight
To turn on the flashlight, point the reflector away from you and turn it counterclockwise (tighten the head). Turning it in the opposite direction will turn the flashlight off again (loosening the head). To change the intensity of the brightness, quickly turn the flashlight off and back on from the on state. This will switch the flashlight to the next output level. If you leave the flashlight in the off mode for more than 1.5 seconds, it will return to the lowest illumination mode (5 lumens).
Overheat Protection - When operating on the highest mode for extended periods of time, the flashlight may reduce output to achieve optimal temperature and endurance.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed part in the head of the flashlight yourself, it will violate the warranty.
- Do not remove the batteries from the flashlight if you will not be using it for a long time or if the battery is already discharged, especially with alkaline batteries there is a risk of draining them and consequently damaging the flashlight.
- Insert the battery with the positive pole towards the head of the flashlight.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them.
- If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher power modes or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The batteries are almost dead – replace them.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are clogged – clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
