Will the normal charging time be extended with this cable?
This depends on the current carrying capacity of your USB power supply and the current draw of the devices you connect to this cable. USB batteries typically have a charging current in the 300-700 mA range, if you use a USB power supply that can handle a load of at least 1400 mA to charge them, all batteries will charge at full speed. Cell phones and power banks can usually handle 1000-2000 mA charging current, so if you charge two at once, you must allow for adequate extended charging time according to the current load of your USB power supply.
