Will the normal charging time be extended with this cable?
This depends on the current carrying capacity of your USB power supply and the current draw of the devices you connect to this quad cable. USB batteries typically have a charging current in the 300-700 mA range, if you use a USB power supply that can handle a load of at least 2800 mA to charge them, then all four batteries will charge at full speed. Mobile phones and power banks can usually handle 1000-2000 mA charging current, so if you charge four at once, you need to allow for adequately extended charging time according to the current load of your USB power supply.
