The Fenix GL19R rechargeable LED pistol flashlight is designed specifically for use on short guns, and in combination with the AER-06S remote switch, it can also be used on long guns equipped with a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail. It offers a peak light output of 1200 ANSI lumens with a range of up to 210 meters. The flashlight is powered by a single Fenix ARB-L18-1100P Li-ion battery (size 18350), which charges via a USB-C connector directly in the flashlight. The simplified flashlight control is ambidextrous (for both right and left-handed users). If needed, the flashlight can be switched to a lower 350 lumen output or momentarily switched to strobe flashing. Mounting to the gun rail is easy and requires no tools - the flashlight slides onto the gun rail and secures with a lever. It can be mounted on Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 and GLOCK standard weapon rails (may not fit slimline weapons, e.g. Glock 30 model). It fits Czech Police service weapons (CZ 75D and P10). The flashlight is suitable for professionals, sport and hobby shooters and airsoft.
All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery life, waterproofness and range) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009.

Using the Fenix GL19R flashlight
From manufacture, there may be an insulating cap inside the flashlight on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use.
One press of any of the switches will turn on the flashlight to the last selected light mode. Another press will turn it off again.
To instantly turn on, press and hold any switch. The flashlight will remain lit while held and will turn off again when the switch is released.
Momentary strobe activation: With the flashlight on, press and hold any of the switches. After 0.5 seconds, the strobe will be activated and will be lit for as long as the switch is held.
Switching between light outputs: Turn on the flashlight, then press and hold one of the switches, pressing the other switch will then switch between 1200 and 350 lumen modes.
Lock the flashlight: When the light is off, press and hold both switches for 5 seconds. The light will then flash twice to indicate the locked status of the flashlight. An indication that the flashlight is locked is an indicator light that flashes alternately red and green. To unlock, press both switches simultaneously again and hold them down for 1 second. This will reactivate the flashlight.
Battery charge indication: The indication LED is located on the side of the flashlight. The flashlight always indicates the battery charge level three seconds after switching on. Green indicates sufficient state of charge (100% - 85%), flashing green (85% - 50%), steady red (50% - 25%) and flashing red indicates critically low battery (25% - 1%). If the battery is low, the flashlight will automatically reduce power to 50 lumens over time.
Battery status indication can be turned off/on by pressing the button three times closest to the indication LED. The third (last) press should be held until the indication LED flashes in the order green-red-green. In this state, the flashlight continues to indicate charging progress. After turning on the indication back again, the light will immediately show the current state of the battery.
Charging the flashlight: Flip off the rubber cap of the charging connector and use the included USB-C cable to plug it into a computer, network USB adapter or USB car adapter (not included). Alternatively, any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can be used for charging. During charging, the indicator LED on the side of the flashlight glows red, after a full charge it glows green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 2 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the flashlight can be recharged at any time.
Intelligent overheat protection - due to the high power in 1200 lumen mode, the flashlight does not overheat. If the internal temperature of the flashlight rises to 60°C, it will automatically start to reduce power. As soon as the temperature of the flashlight drops below 60°C, the power will gradually increase again.
Warning
- Use only high quality rechargeable batteries to prevent damage to the flashlight, for example due to leakage of substances from the battery.
- When using a flashlight on a weapon, follow all safety guidelines.
- Insert batteries with the positive pole facing the flashlight head.
- If the flashlight is flickering, glowing at low power, or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The battery is dead – replace it or charge it.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton ball dipped in alcohol.
Warranty
Five years warranty on the flashlight. Two years on the battery.
