This is the V4 version of the spray with frost resistance down to -14°C. Year of manufacture is 2025, expiration until 2031. Contains an extinguishing agent with significantly increased performance for extinguishing fats and oils.
The special GlaciAid MG-400 MK2 V4 fire extinguishing spray is truly universal and highly effective thanks to its special extinguishing agent - an ABF premix with additives. The spray fundamentally differs in properties and effect from standard extinguishing sprays with agents based only on water and foaming agents. It is designed for the safe elimination of practically all types of incipient fires in households, kitchens, workshops, and vehicles. Unlike powder extinguishing agents, GlaciAid does not cause significant secondary damage, only slight contamination at the application site. The Mark 2 version is also effective in extinguishing lithium-ion accumulators and batteries, while retaining all the extinguishing capabilities and exceptional properties of the first generation. The extinguishing agent used prevents the re-ignition of flammable materials after application, which is an advantage, especially for lay use by ordinary users.
For Class F fires (EN 3-7:2004+A1:2007, 15.3), 1.1 litres of extinguishing agent extinguish 75 litres of burning rapeseed oil in a tray with an area of 1x0.5 metres! Under real conditions, such a fire requires 2.5 sprays to extinguish. One spray extinguishes 25F. Thanks to these parameters, it is the most effective extinguishing agent for burning fats and oils in all of Europe. Other products on the market achieve much lower efficiency.
The spray is designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic using components from the EU.
It is capable of extinguishing these flammables:
- Class A - Solid flammables (household furnishings, paper, rubber, plastics, textiles...)
- Class B - Liquid flammables (petrol, diesel, kerosene, thinners, paints, to a lesser extent also polar flammables...)
- Class C - Gas appliances up to an operating pressure of 3 bar (stoves, cookers...)
- Class F - Burning fats and oils (deep fryers, grills, ovens, microwave ovens..)
- Class E - Common electrical appliances up to an operating voltage of 400 V from a distance of 2 metres
- Li - Lithium-ion accumulators and batteries up to 250 Wh
The aerosol stream of the extinguishing agent enhances the performance itself - the agent is applied in the form of a fine foam aerosol with an optimal distribution volume. Thanks to the BOV technology (bag-on-valve with the agent inside the container), the spray can be used in all positions (even upside down), which you will appreciate, for example, when extinguishing in hard-to-reach places.

Using the GLACI-AID MG-400 extinguishing spray:
Remove the nozzle cap. Press the nozzle and direct the stream of extinguishing agent towards the base of the fire from a minimum distance of 2 metres. Extinguishing can be interrupted at any time by releasing the nozzle, until the extinguishing agent is depleted. The extinguishing spray is usable in all positions.
In a vehicle, we recommend placing the spray within the driver's reach, ideally in the passenger glove compartment. Do not place the spray on loose surfaces or in direct sunlight.
TIP: After brief use, the remaining extinguishing agent content can be determined by simply weighing the spray (weight of the packaging with nozzle is 105 g, weight of the extinguishing agent in a new spray is 445 g / 400 ml).
