This depends on the current carrying capacity of your USB power supply and the current draw of the devices you connect to this multi-cable. USB batteries typically have a charging current in the 300-700 mA range, if you use a USB source that can handle a 3000 mA load to charge them, all four batteries will charge at full speed. Mobile phones and power banks can usually handle a higher charging current, so if you charge four at a time, you need to allow for an adequately extended charging time according to the current load of your USB power supply.
