Fenix Bikelights: reliable lighting for the road and off-road
5.11.2024
Safety when cycling depends not only on your skill and reflexes, but also on good lighting. Fenix bike lights offer a wide range of solutions to meet the needs of both unpretentious urban riders and demanding cyclists who ride off the beaten track or reliable strong light in terrain. Whether you're riding home from work or planning a night ride on the forest trails, Fenix has the flashlight for you.
Compact and efficient city lighting
For low-maintenance cyclists, and those who mainly ride in the city, there is the Fenix BC15R and Fenix BC25R with enough power to illuminate the road and ensure visibility. These models are lightweight, easy to operate with a single button and provide sufficient luminosity that is ideal for urban environments where artificial lighting alternates with darker parts of the road. They have a "cut down" light cone that does not dazzle oncoming traffic and pedestrians. At the same time, these flashlights can also be carried in your backpack as a backup light should your more powerful flashlight malfunction or run out of power.
Fenix BC25R
The weaker flashlights for urban use offer lower light output, but that is fully sufficient for safe movement in the city. The materials used make them lightweight and, like other Fenix flashlights, they attach easily to handlebars so they won't restrict you in any way on your daily commute to and from work. The flashlights have a long battery life so you don't have to recharge them often, making them ideal for regular rides around town.

For bikers, there's maximum power and long battery life
On the other hand, for cyclists who take on more challenging routes and often ride off-road, Fenix flashlights are designed with higher light output and longer lasting power. These models are designed to cope with the most demanding conditions, providing plenty of light on unlit routes and ensuring you have sufficient visibility even when riding fast in rough terrain.

With rugged construction and water and shock resistance, these bikelights are ready for the toughest conditions. They won't disturb the lines and lightness of a road bike, and you can choose exactly to suit your needs and demands. And if you need maximum performance, there's nothing stopping you from using the larger Fenix BC30 V2.0 on the road too.

When power is not enough
Are you planning longer rides in combination with higher light intensity? Fenix BC21R V3.0, Fenix BC22R, Fenix BC26R and Fenix BC30 V2.0 allow you to get spare batteries, carry them as a backup and replace them when needed. The BC21R V3.0 and BC22R power a single 18650 battery, where the capacity can be up to 4000 mAh, the BC26R has a larger battery - it is a type 21700 with a capacity of up to 5000 mAh and the BC30 V2.0 hides two 18650 batteries in its guts, so you can get up to a respectable 8000 mAh! In the case of two sets of swappable batteries, that's 16000 mAh and you can carry as many batteries as you can carry in your backpack or bag.

Back lights for safety
The Fenix range of cycling lights includes red tail lights, which are used to ensure your visibility behind vehicles or fellow cyclists. Fenix offers two tail lights that provide steady illumination and flashing in two intensities and multiple modes.
The Fenix BC05R V2.0 lights at an intensity of 5 or 15 lumens in steady light, slower blinking and faster blinking modes. Its versatility is given by the plastic clip included in the package, which allows you to clip the flashlight to a backpack strap or even a pocket. This turns the bike light into a warning light for greater pedestrian safety on the road.
New Fenix BC06R is more powerful. It allows you to shine ten and thirty lumens and in steady light, slower and faster flashing modes and also rotating light in lower power. Unique, however, is the brake light, which, thanks to a built-in accelerometer, will "crank up" the light to 90 lumens during hard deceleration or braking, alerting those behind you that something is wrong and that they will catch up to you faster than they might have anticipated.
